Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
WorkBuddy is a work journaling SaaS application built for remote workers, developed by GoLittleBig Technology Solutions. This policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the WorkBuddy platform.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your WorkBuddy subscription at any time, directly from your account settings. No forms, no emails, no hoops to jump through. Once you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not be renewed.
3. Monthly Plans
If you are on a monthly plan and choose to cancel, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of a monthly billing period.
4. Annual Plans
If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel within 7 days of your purchase or renewal date, please write to us at hello@golittlebig.com and we will process a full refund. Cancellation requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund, but your access will continue until the end of the annual period.
5. Data and Your Account
Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, giving you time to export anything you need. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
6. Changes to Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via email and reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
